Payment method?

Currently, payments are accepted only via PayPal but you can still use a debit/credit card without PayPal account. For more details, see the Payment Method page.

Can I include a personalized message if I'm buying a gift?

Absolutely! You can add a personalized message for someone special before checkout, and we’ll include it with the package. It’s the purrfect way to make your gift extra special!

How to choose the right size?

Refer to the Size Chart Guide for sizing information. For fit questions or measurement help, contact Customer Service via email or live chat.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Yes, If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us in less than 24 hours of placing it. Because we may not be able to make adjustments as production may have already started.

How long does shipping take?

Our fulfillment team is given 1-3 business days to pick, pack, and ship orders.

Once your order is confirmed, we promptly dispatch it. You can expect to receive your items within 2-5 business days. For more details, see the Shipping Policy page.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also track your order directly on our website by entering your tracking number.

Is personal information safe on the website?

Ordering on our website is secure. Only email addresses are stored for newsletter updates, and you can unsubscribe anytime.

Is there a physical store?

Currently, we exclusively operate through our online store.

How to refund?

At MeowCotton, we aim for top-quality products and service. If dissatisfied with a purchase, refunds are available according to our Returns & Refund. Exchanges are not possible for out-of-stock items. Sale items are final and non-refundable unless faulty.

Is return postage required?

Return postage is free if the product was damaged upon delivery and reported with proof. For more details, see the Returns & Refund page.

What to do if a defective item is received?

If a product arrives broken or defective, contact Customer Service at support@meowcotton.com with your invoice number and issue details. Faulty item assessment is at the company's discretion. For more details, see the Returns & Refund page.

Can a promotional code affect return refunds?

A full-priced item with a promotional discount is still eligible for a refund.

What to do if a refund isn't in the bank yet?

Refunds usually appear within 5-10 working days. Processing times depend on card issuers and are beyond our control.
